The Airport Authority Hong Kong has launched a new Refund Application Platform for the air passenger departure tax (APDT) starting from 1 October 2025. Eligible passengers who have paid the APDT at the time of purchasing the air tickets may easily apply for tax refunds by simply uploading supporting documents to the platform. Le chef Björn Frantzén est à la tête de l'un des deux restaurants de Stockholm ayant obtenu deux étoiles Michelin. Son restaurant éponyme, Frantzén, est le summum de la gastronomie dans la capitale suédoise. Son adresse hongkongaise, le tout premier en dehors de son pays et dirigé par Jim Löfdahl, n'a peut-être pas encore d'étoiles Michelin, mais sert une fantastique cuisine scandinave.
