Inspired by childhood flavours and memories of his father’s izakaya, Censu’s offerings are an elevated take on traditional Japanese cuisine, designed to engage diners’ senses. The restaurant interiors are inspired by Sato’s grandmother’s house, invoking a comfortable, home-like ambience that embraces the Japanese concept of Wabi-sabi.
