The 15th National Games road cycling (men's individual) event will be held on 8 November 2025, spanning over Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. To facilitate the race, temporary control measures will be implemented on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB), HZMB Hong Kong Port and some roads on that day. This legendary cafe sits just outside of Yuen Long, along the Ping Shan Heritage Trail. Mrs Tang’s speciality is her pineapple butter bun with tomato and egg. If a bun isn't enough to satiate your appetite, get a bowl of the delicious tomato noodle soup with chicken wings. Wash it all down with a bottle of “champagne” milk tea, which comes chilled rather than diluted with ice. There are other branches in Kwun Tong and Wan Chai, run by Mrs Tang’s sons, but the original remains the best.
