The Airport Authority Hong Kong will launch a new Refund Application Platform for the air passenger departure tax (APDT) on 1 October 2025. Eligible passengers who have paid the APDT at the time of purchasing the air tickets may easily apply for tax refunds by simply uploading supporting documents to the platform. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC), the HKADC collaborates with its supported arts groups and veteran artists to present the 30th Anniversary Gala Festival. The festival features an array of programmes for the public to participate in and interact with, including performances of music, theatre, dance, multimedia and visual arts exhibitions. Featured programmes include Arts in the City and the ADC Artspace Open Day.
