Originating from Kyoto, Japan, and founded in 2014, Kyoto Katsugyu is known for selecting only the highest quality beef. Dipped in a thin coating prepared from the perfect ratio of flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, the beef is then deep-fried at 190℃ for 60 seconds, resulting in a crispy, golden coating while maintaining a tender medium rare texture.
