The Airport Authority Hong Kong has launched a new Refund Application Platform for the air passenger departure tax (APDT) starting from 1 October 2025. Eligible passengers who have paid the APDT at the time of purchasing the air tickets may easily apply for tax refunds by simply uploading supporting documents to the platform. 'The Chairman' is populair sinds het restaurant bijna 10 jaar geleden werd geopend. Waarom? Leveranciers die de beste seizoensproducten aanbieden - en dan ook nog grotendeels biologisch - en geen Ve-tsin. Als er één ding is dat je moet proberen, dan is het wel de duif met 'loongjing'-thee en chrysant, een klassiek gerecht dat sinds de eerste dag niet van de kaart is verdwenen.
