Victoria Harbour is a place of many moods — fresh and vibrant in the morning, romantic at dusk and dazzling after dark. What is the best way to soak in its charm with a delicious meal paired with stunning views? Discover these eight unique restaurants accredited by the Quality Tourism Services (QTS) Scheme, offering everything from artisanal tea and dim sum to teppanyaki and creative fusion bites. Whether you're catching up with friends, enjoying a quiet drink or indulging in a romantic dinner, these spots promise the perfect blend of great food and harbour views.

Chatime

Chatime

Taking a stroll along the waterfront with a cup of refreshing hand-shaken tea in hand — it’s pure bliss! Taiwan’s beloved Chatime has several branches in Hong Kong, with the Central Market location being especially convenient for visitors. Grab a classic Boba milk tea or a fruity blend, then head to the Central Harbourfront or the Ferris wheel for some scenic sipping and photo opportunities.

Popular picks include the zesty Pineapple Jasmine Green Tea and the unique Winter Melon Barley blend. No matter the time of day, you’ll find your perfect ‘cup of joy’ to match the harbour’s ever-changing vibe.

Glasshouse Greenery

Glasshouse Greenery

Nestled in Tsim Sha Tsui’s K11 MUSEA, Glasshouse Greenery feels like a lush rooftop garden in the heart of the city. The indoor space is filled with greenery, offering a peaceful escape, while the terrace seating lets you bask in the sun with the harbour skyline right in front of you, with a glittering night view after sunset.

Food-wise, don’t miss the indulgent Black Truffle Foie Gras Beef Ho Fun, Teriyaki Beef Foie Gras Rice with Fried Egg, or the boozy Banana Flambé Crème Brûlée. Pair it with the crystal-clear Asia Peninsula cocktail and you might just find yourself wondering: is it the drink or the view that’s enchanted?

God of Teppanyaki Japanese Restaurant

Flames dancing on a sizzling teppan, with Victoria Harbour twinkling outside — this is dinner with a show. Located in Causeway Bay, God of Teppanyaki Japanese Restaurant draws inspiration from volcanoes for its interior design, blending dramatic lighting with sleek decor for a quietly luxurious vibe.

Sit at the teppanyaki counter and watch the chefs work their magic with premium ingredients like Australian lobster, abalone and A5 Wagyu beef. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the harbour lights add a visual feast to your culinary experience.

Grand Ballroom

Grand Ballroom

Dim sum with a view of Victoria Harbour? Yes, please. Grand Ballroom, perched high in The ONE mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, offers sweeping views — especially magical at sunset when the sky glows and reflects off the water.

The menu features both classic dim sum and refined Cantonese dishes like Buddha’s Temptation (a rich soup with premium ingredients), Shunde-style fish maw soup and crispy sesame chicken. With steam rising from bamboo baskets and the aroma of traditional flavours in the air, it’s a taste of Hong Kong you won’t forget.

Horizonte Lounge

Horizonte Lounge

At the top of Hotel Madera, Horizonte Lounge is one of the best spots to admire Victoria Harbour’s nightscape. This two-level rooftop bar offers a 270-degree panoramic view, especially breathtaking during sunset, the Symphony of Lights show, or fireworks displays.

Inspired by Western legends, their signature cocktails include the dreamy blue El Agua De La Vida, the bold red Courage that is inspired by Saint George’s dragon-slaying myth and the whimsical Ingenio, a bubbly tribute to the idea that ‘the moon is made of cheese’. Sip and savour the stories while soaking in the harbour’s romantic glow.

OOMAKI

OOMAKI

Who says picnics have to be on grass? Grab a freshly made hand roll and enjoy a breezy bite by the harbour. OOMAKI, located in K11 MUSEA, specialises in made-to-order Japanese hand rolls — perfect for takeaway and waterfront snacking.

With a commitment to craftsmanship, they use sushi rice grown with Hokkaido snowmelt, premium Japanese seaweed and air-flown seafood. The signature OOMAKI Roll combines sea urchin, salmon roe and fatty tuna for a triple hit of umami. Coupled with the sea breeze and stunning views, you’ve got a picnic with a Japanese twist.

 Victoria Harbour Supreme

Victoria Harbour Supreme

Step into Victoria Harbour Supreme at 1 Peking Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, and behold sweeping 180-degree views of Victoria Harbour. It feels like the restaurant is part of the sea itself —the scenery from dawn till dusk is simply breathtaking. And if you catch a fireworks show? Pure magic.

The menu is just as impressive, featuring fresh seafood flown in daily. Highlights include the aromatic Steamed King Crab with Huadiao Wine, Baked Australian Lobster with cheese, and signature dishes such as the signature roast goose and Spanish Iberico Char Siu. With its stylish ambience, it’s the perfect place to slow down and savour both the flavours and the view.

Yamamotoya

Yamamotoya

In the hustle and bustle of the city, Yamamotoya offers a serene slice of Japan. This udon speciailty shop from Nagoya brings over a century of tradition to Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui. Sit by the window, watch the sun set over the harbour, and wait for your bubbling hot pot of handmade udon to arrive — it’s just the comfort you need in a bowl.

Made fresh daily from Japanese wheat flour, the noodles are thick, chewy and satisfying. The broth, a blend of Okazaki Hatcho and Shinshu miso, is rich but not heavy. Popular choices include Chicken Oyako Udon and Shrimp Tempura Udon. Every bite is a warm hug, made even better by the stunning harbour view.
