If the name sounds odd, know this:is a library for whisky. Try the Nikka 40, a blend that contains whiskies up to 40 years old. It’s only HK$8,000 a glass.
A sister establishment to the renowned Yardbird restaurant, which is within walking distance, boasts not only exceptional Japanese cuisine but a mighty fine range of whiskies from the same country. There are rarities here you’re not likely to find anywhere else. They also offer a mean range of whisky highballs if you’re after something longer.
