• On Sunday 11 January, Tai Mong Tsai Road and Sai Kung Man Yee Road in Sai Kung will be temporarily closed from 7:30am to 1:30pm for a marathon. During this time, vehicles will not be allowed entry and Green Minibus Route 9A to High Island Reservoir, East Dam will be suspended. Visitors can access East Dam on foot. The 54th Hong Kong Arts Festival

Launched in 1973, the Hong Kong Arts Festival is a leading international festival dedicated to enriching the city’s cultural life. Each February and March, the Festival presents outstanding local and international artists across the performing arts, giving equal weight to great traditions and bold contemporary creations. It also commissions and produces new theatre, music, chamber opera and contemporary dance by Hong Kong’s creative talents. Advance booking typically takes place from October to November. Every year, more than 250 PLUS and education activities bring diverse arts experiences to communities and students.
