ICH Highlight Tours – Yau Tsim Mong District | Hong Kong ICH Month

ICHO collaborates with the Hong Kong Tourism Board to organise 'ICH Highlight Tours' in the Yau Tsim Mong District for tourists, allowing them to explore Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH)-related traditional craftsmanship or other items, and to feel the richness and diversity of ICH.

ICH items include techniques for making steamers, jewellery, chopping boards, Mahjong tiles, preserved meat and Hong Kong-style milk tea, as well as methods for wood carving, jade carving and preparing pork knuckles with ginger and vinegar for postpartum confinement, along with a visit to Yau Ma Tei Tin Hau Temple.

*This programme is subject to change without prior notice. The organiser reserves the right of final decision.
