Hoi Ha Marine Life Centre is nestled in the northern part of Sai Kung and offers visitors hands-on exploration of Hong Kong's marine ecology.
Among the first batch of marine parks opened in Hong Kong, Hoi Ha Wan is home to more than 60 coral and 120 fish species.
Officially opened in 2008, Hoi Ha Marine Life Centre is the only ecological education centre in Hong Kong built on water, providing regular eco-guided tours to the public to learn about Hong Kong’s unique and precious marine ecosystem. Led by WWF’s eco guides, participants can gain a basic understanding of Hong Kong’s marine conservation efforts.
The centre features Hong Kong’s first glass-bottomed boat, allowing participants to explore the stunning coral community and underwater world of Hong Kong.
