The Airport Authority Hong Kong has launched a new Refund Application Platform for the air passenger departure tax (APDT) starting from 1 October 2025. Eligible passengers who have paid the APDT at the time of purchasing the air tickets may easily apply for tax refunds by simply uploading supporting documents to the platform. Robin's Nest Country Park, located at Sha Tau Kok, covers approximately 530 hectares of lush green woodland and grassy hillsides. The park has two hiking trails: Robin's Nest Country Trail and Lin Ma Hang Country Trail, featuring natural scenery and diverse flora and fauna. Additionally, part of the park falls within the former Frontier Closed Area, preserving historic sites such as the Lin Ma Hang Lead Mine, one of the most extensive mining systems in Hong Kong's history, as well as Grade-2 historic buildings, the MacIntosh Forts.
