The 15th National Games road cycling (men's individual) event will be held on 8 November 2025, spanning over Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. To facilitate the race, temporary control measures will be implemented on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB), HZMB Hong Kong Port and some roads on that day. The Shenzhen Bay Control Point is located in Nanshan District in Shenzhen and is connected to Yuen Long District in the New Territories of Hong Kong through the Shenzhen Bay Bridge. It is the first boundary control point providing ‘Co-location of Boundary Crossing Facilities’ to both passenger and vehicular traffic between Hong Kong and the Mainland, with the laws of HKSAR applicable to Hong Kong Port Area in the Control Point.
