The Torch Relay for the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympics Games (NGDSO) will be held on 29 November 2025. To facilitate the relay, temporary traffic arrangements will be enforced in designated areas in Wan Chai, Tsim Sha Tsui and Kai Tak. The Shenzhen Bay Control Point is located in Nanshan District in Shenzhen and is connected to Yuen Long District in the New Territories of Hong Kong through the Shenzhen Bay Bridge. It is the first boundary control point providing ‘Co-location of Boundary Crossing Facilities’ to both passenger and vehicular traffic between Hong Kong and the Mainland, with the laws of HKSAR applicable to Hong Kong Port Area in the Control Point.
