In 2019, French chef Julien Royer of the three-Michelin-starred Singaporean restaurant Odette opened Louise in a charming two-storey historic building in PMQ. Within six months, the restaurant earned a Michelin star. Surrounded by peaceful gardens, Louise is elegantly adorned with vintage wallpaper and crystal lighting. The lower-level tropical lounge, La Terrace by Louise, serves light meals and is complemented by the second-floor dining area and outdoor terrace with light-coloured designs, creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere. Helmed by chef Loïc Portalier, the menu showcases signature French cuisine, expertly crafted using family recipes that evoke cherished flavours. Both the à la carte and tasting menus reflect the creative vision of chef Loïc Portalier and chef Julien Royer.
