From Friday 28 March to Sunday 30 March, a temporary restricted flying zone (RFZ) will be in place around Kai Tak Stadium during the Hong Kong Sevens. On Sunday 30 March, an additional RFZ will be established in and around Victoria Harbour for a flight demonstration. Please note that flying activities, such as drone and model aircraft, are not allowed in these zones, and unauthorised flying activities are illegal. kNOw Carbon House (Former Wan Chai Environmental Resource Centre)
The former Wan Chai Environmental Resource Centre has undergone renovations and has been transformed into the ‘kNOw Carbon House’. This centre is dedicated to promoting carbon neutrality through engaging interactive experiences and educational activities such as games, talks and environmental workshops. It preserves historic items and the architectural charm of the Old Wan Chai Post Office while enhancing the visitor experience with multimedia educational resources. The centre features a popular mascot, Big Waster, who guides visitors on making small lifestyle adjustments in clothing, food, living and travel to achieve a low-carbon footprint.
