The “Winter Wonderland in Central” event at Statue Square organized by HKTB, will be temporarily closed from November 29 to December 1 during the mourning period. We sincerely appreciate the understanding and support of the public and visitors.
The “Sun Hung Kai Properties Hong Kong Cyclothon”, scheduled on 30 November, has been cancelled to allow relevant Government departments to focus their resources on rescue and relief efforts. We extend our deepest condolences to all those affected.

kNOw Carbon House (Former Wan Chai Environmental Resource Centre)
The former Wan Chai Environmental Resource Centre has undergone renovations and has been transformed into the ‘kNOw Carbon House’. This centre is dedicated to promoting carbon neutrality through engaging interactive experiences and educational activities such as games, talks and environmental workshops. It preserves historic items and the architectural charm of the Old Wan Chai Post Office while enhancing the visitor experience with multimedia educational resources. The centre features a popular mascot, Big Waster, who guides visitors on making small lifestyle adjustments in clothing, food, living and travel to achieve a low-carbon footprint. The centre now offers guided tours for the public to visit. Individual and group guide tour bookings can be made through kNOw Carbon House’s website.
