Hong Kong Ballet presents Giselle, one of the most romantic ballets of all time, a transcendent tale of love, betrayal and redemption. Hong Kong Ballet Artistic Director Septime Webre and South African ballet artist Charla Genn breathe new life into this poignant story of a carefree peasant girl who falls in love with a flirtatious nobleman in disguise. This seemingly harmless deception leads to heartbreak and supernatural drama ensues. With lush new sets and costumes and an ethereal score, Giselle’s unearthly beauty and idyllic charm will keep audiences spellbound.
