From Friday 28 March to Sunday 30 March, a temporary restricted flying zone (RFZ) will be in place around Kai Tak Stadium during the Hong Kong Sevens. On Sunday 30 March, an additional RFZ will be established in and around Victoria Harbour for a flight demonstration. Please note that flying activities, such as drone and model aircraft, are not allowed in these zones, and unauthorised flying activities are illegal. Tamar Park was opened to public in October 2011 as a part of the Tamar Development Project. Adjacent to the new Central Government Offices and the Legislative Council Complex, it covers an area of around 1.76 hectares with a simple design and a spacious green lawn. Other park facilities include a landscaped garden, water features, a floating platform, the Tamar Corner, an amphitheatre and Tamar Cafe. Visitors can access the Central Piers and the Star Ferry Pier through the adjoining Central and Western District Promenade – Central Section.
