Soufflé Namshan is famous for its fluffy Japanese-style soufflé pancakes of enticing flavours. These sweet confections have gained popularity among locals, and with branches in To Kwa Wan and Whampoa, their customer case is steadily growing. Treat yourself to their pillowy sweet delights in a range of irresistible flavours — caramel, chocolate, sea salt and cheese, and teas such as matcha and Earl Grey. The shop also offers seasonal specials, such as sakura-infused creations and shaved ice toppings. Beyond soufflés, the restaurant’s menu includes traditional sweet soups, including mango pomelo and milk with sago.
