Meaning ‘roots’ in French, Racines is a fine dining restaurant tucked away on Upper Station Street in Sheung Wan. The restaurant is helmed by chef-owners Adrien Castillo and Romain Dupeyre, both of whom grew up in southern French regions. After working together in different restaurants and on numerous occasions, the two chefs have joined hands to open this intimate bistro, where they craft dishes that represent their shared culinary heritage.
Guests of Racines may indulge in a five-course or seven-course tasting menu, both of which use seasonal produce sourced locally and from France. And don’t forget to check out their wine list. Elevate your experience of French culinary culture with a bottle or a glass of exquisite wine or premium champagne.
