The Torch Relay for the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympics Games (NGDSO) will be held on 29 November 2025. To facilitate the relay, temporary traffic arrangements will be enforced in designated areas in Wan Chai, Tsim Sha Tsui and Kai Tak. The Heung Yuen Wai Control Point is located in Ta Kwu Ling, Northern District, New Territories. Connected to the Liantang Port in Shenzhen, it is the first control point in Hong Kong to provide direct access for passengers and vehicles. Visitors can directly access the control point by cars or on foot.
