Eligible participants can enjoy sightseeing, transportation, hotels, dining and shopping discounts, immersing themselves in Hong Kong’s vibrant summer.
Participants can start acquiring and redeeming ‘Hong Kong Summer Viva’ rewards from 12pm on 23 June 2025.
Some coupons are limited in quantity and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Who is eligible to participate in the Summer Offers Promotion?
The promotion is open to local residents and visitors, who must register with their mobile phone numbers. Note that some offers are exclusively for visitors to Hong Kong. Rewards are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. How long are the Summer Offers Promotion coupons valid for?
Unless otherwise specified, or for limited offers, all coupons are valid for 30 days from the date they are added to the electronic wallet. Expired coupons will not be reissued.
When using coupons, please review the coupon validity period, participating merchants’ terms and conditions and operating hours.
4. I have previously acquired rewards from the Hong Kong Tourism Board, such as ‘Hong Kong Goodies,’ ‘Hong Kong Night Treats,’ ‘Summer Triple Rewards,’ or ‘Mega Event Promotions.’ Can I still claim rewards from this promotion?
Yes.
5. I haven’t arrived in Hong Kong yet and don’t have the Summer Offers Promotion rewards. Can I register in advance?
If you haven’t registered a DiscoverHongKong account, you can pre-register by clicking the ‘Log in/Sign up’ button at the top right corner of the DiscoverHongKong website.
Participants can start collecting ‘Hong Kong Summer Viva’ rewards from 12pm on 23 June 2025. Once claimed, rewards cannot be changed or cancelled.
Users must use the coupons within the coupon validity period and the campaign period (whichever ends earlier). The coupon will not be reissued after the coupon validity period.
6. How many Summer Offers Promotion rewards can each registered account claim?
Participants can claim rewards by registering with their mobile phone numbers.
Each coupon is for single use only, with a limit of one coupon per person.
Once claimed, rewards cannot be changed or cancelled.
All rewards are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. After successfully downloading and claiming a coupon, how can I use it at a physical merchant?
Log in to your DiscoverHongKong account on your mobile device and go to the ‘My Wallet’ section.
Select the claimed coupon and click ‘Use coupon.’
Scan the merchant’s QR code to redeem the reward.
Show the page of successful redemption to the merchant’s staff.
8. Can I change a Summer Offers Promotion coupon after adding it to ‘My Wallet’
Coupons added to ‘My Wallet’ cannot be cancelled or changed.
9. Why am I unable to scan the merchant’s QR code using my mobile device?
Make sure to grant the website access to the camera on your mobile device to scan the QR code.
Android device users and Chrome browser users can follow the steps below to authorise camera access:
Tap「⋮」at the top right corner of the webpage and select ‘Settings’.
Select ‘Website Settings’.
Select ‘Camera’.
Activate the camera function.
If the website you are visiting is listed as ‘Blocked’, select ‘Authorise’ to unblock.
Return to the original browser tab or window to access ‘My Wallet’; click ‘Use coupon’ to activate the camera and scan the QR code.
iPhone users can follow the steps below to authorise camera access:
Go to ‘Settings’.
Select the browser (e.g. Safari, Chrome, etc.) used to access the Discover Hong Kong website.
Under ‘Settings for Websites’, select ‘Camera’.
Under ‘Allow application to access camera’, select ‘Ask’ or ‘Allow’ to enable the camera setting.
Return to the original browser tab or window and refresh.
Go to ‘My Wallet’ on the Discover Hong Kong website and select ‘Use coupon’ to activate the camera and scan the QR code.
10. Are the dining coupons valid only for dine-in service at restaurants?
No, dining coupons are valid for both dine-in and takeaway options.
11. Do participating hotels and restaurants have specific dress code requirements?
Individual hotels and restaurants may have specific dress code requirements. Please review the merchants’ terms and conditions or contact them directly for details.
12. Is it necessary to make reservations with participating merchants to use the coupons?
While reservations are not mandatory, some merchants may require them based on availability. We recommend making reservations in advance and informing the merchant of your intent to use the coupon. Please review the merchants’ terms and conditions or contact them for specific policies.
13. Can I claim more than one reward from the Summer Offers Promotion?
Each participant, whether a visitor or resident, can claim multiple offers, with a limit of one coupon per offer.
For offers without limited quotas, participants can acquire the same offer multiple times upon redemption.
14. Can I transfer claimed coupons to friends or family?
No, coupons are non-transferable. The registered account holder must log in on their mobile device and scan the merchant’s QR code to redeem the reward. Screenshots, transfers, or redemptions on behalf of others are not accepted.

1. Can I acquire both the Hong Kong Disneyland exclusive postcard and the free ‘Early Park Entry Pass’ coupons?
Yes.
2. Who is eligible to claim the two Disneyland coupons?
The promotion is exclusive to visitors to Hong Kong, who must register with a non-locally registered mobile phone number. Rewards are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
To claim the Early Park Entry Pass, participants must already have a valid park admission ticket for the day.
To claim the exclusive park postcard, participants must spend HK$100 or more in a single transaction at a specific Hong Kong Disneyland merchandise store inside the park and present the coupon (postcards are limited and available while supplies last).
3. When can I start claiming the two Disneyland coupons?
Coupons can be claimed in two phases, starting at 12pm on 23 June 2025 and 23 July 2025.
First phase: Starting 23 June 2025, limited quantities of postcards and Early Park Entry Passes will be available for eligible participants.

4. How long are the Disneyland coupons valid for?
First phase: Limited-time postcard redemption is valid from 28 June to 31 August 2025; Early Park Entry Pass redemption is valid from 28 June to 31 July 2025.
Second phase: Limited-time postcard redemption is valid from 23 July to 31 August 2025; Early Park Entry Pass redemption is valid from 1 August to 31 August 2025.
5. If I claimed coupons in the first phase, can I claim them again in the second phase?
Each eligible participant can claim one of each coupon type. If you claimed a coupon in the first phase, you cannot claim the same coupon type in the second phase.
