The Torch Relay for the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympics Games (NGDSO) will be held on 29 November 2025. To facilitate the relay, temporary traffic arrangements will be enforced in designated areas in Wan Chai, Tsim Sha Tsui and Kai Tak. The Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) will launch the 11th edition of Muse Fest HK 2025, with the theme ‘Museum Anniversary’, celebrating the anniversaries of six museums in the city. The museums and art spaces under the LCSD will lead members of the public in the exploration of Hong Kong’s rich and distinctive cultural heritage and artistic diversity.
As the inaugural event, 'Fun@Museum Carnival' will take place at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Piazza at Tsim Sha Tsui on 1–2 November, featuring stage performances, interactive booths and experiential workshops. Additionally, various museums will host fun days on Saturdays and Sundays throughout November, offering more opportunities for public participation.
