Tucked in an alley, Yuen Hing Restaurant at Gilman’s Bazaar has been serving traditional Cantonese delicacies for decades. This cha chaan teng offers 24-hour service from Monday to Saturday, making for a perfect spot for comfort food after a night out in Central. Try their signature Hong Kong-style barbecued meat, known as siu mei, displayed temptingly at the storefront windows with succulent juices still dripping. Alternatively, opt for a range of mouth-watering stir-fried dishes, such as stir-fried beef noodles as well as chicken and pineapple fried rice. The restaurant also offers vegetarian options prepared with reduced salt and oil.
