Hon Fat Noodle is a cosy cha chaan teng that once operated as a dai pai dong and is best known for its pork liver noodles.
Established in 1973, Hon Fat Noodle is a casual restaurant that offers a wide selection of noodle dishes. Previously, the restaurant operated as an outdoor dai pai dong until 2011, when it moved to an indoor location, now embellished with a colourful mural that depicts its past as a roadside food stall. Hon Fat Noodle’s bestseller is their instant noodles topped with thick slabs of pork liver, and their menu also includes other toppings, such as fried eggs, luncheon meat, spicy diced pork cubes and pan-fried pork chops. Apart from savoury dishes, this cosy eatery offers French toast topped with condensed milk for the sweet tooth.
