HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

• Provide legal advice to HKTB's Head Office and Worldwide Offices on a wide range of business matters and day-to-day operations of HKTB.
• Draft, review and negotiate agreements, such as event management, media partnership and production and marketing.
• Provide legal advisory and support on internal policies and procedures, corporate governance and other legal instruments for HKTB.
• Assist with any contentious matters or potential legal issues arising.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with around 2 to 5 years PQE. In-house experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and vetting of commercial contracts. Experience in policy drafting and personal data privacy would be an advantage.
• Proactive, meticulous, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  
• Those with less experience will be considered as Legal Manager.
