Senior Manager / Manager, Directorate Office

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Act as the liaison between senior management, internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Participate in business meetings as directed, contributing to strategic discussions and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, timely delivery and effective communication throughout the initiatives.
- Develop quality briefing materials, write-ups and reports for executive meetings and external engagements.
- Provide comprehensive support on Board matters and official functions.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University graduate, preferably in Public Administration, Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Business Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience, with a proven track record in supporting senior executives in public organizations or multinational corporations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Excellent organizational skills, business acumen, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Manager
