HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
Devise and execute promotion campaigns in responsible markets leveraging mega events and key happenings in Hong Kong
Formulate digital marketing strategies and plans, and manage the marketing and social media campaigns in South Asia & Middle East (“SAME”) to achieve the business performance goals and deliver KPI targets
Spearhead innovation to cut through market clutter, drive reach, visibility, and engagement to maximize effectiveness and cost efficiencies
Undertake brand partnerships and alliance projects to promote Hong Kong as leading tourism destination
Implement regional initiatives and oversee in-market digital & social initiatives / partnerships
Promote and drive traffic to corporate website – discoverhongkong.com SAME pages (including mobile sites). Build appealing and compelling content on website to generate more consumer usage and page views.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Drive campaigns to promote HKTB consumer mobile app downloads
Constantly be abreast of and review the digital & social landscape to sharpen the marketing strategies and plans in place
Assist and execute any works as deemed necessary by Director, South Asia and Middle East
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
University degree holder major in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marketing Communications and digital marketing related business
Hands-on experience in SEO/SEM, email, social media, video advertising, display/mobile ad advertising, optimising Google Adwords campaigns, landing pages and user funnels, and website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
Strong background of achievements in marketing, digital, social, & mobile marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Strong problem-solving and co-ordination skills
Self-starter, outgoing and able to work independently under pressure and tight timelines.
Creative mindset with problem solving and data driven thinking.
High proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
Having regional networks and in-market (SAME) experience will be an advantage.
