Senior Executive, Trade Development (Mainland / Trade Partnership, 2-year Renewable Contract)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Provide co-ordination and production support in the execution of marketing programmes as assigned by the supervisor; to ensure the projects are conducted in the most cost effective manner with objective met
- Assist the supervisor to plan and implement effective trade familiarisation programmes to ensure overseas travel trade participants are well-equipped to promote Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area cities
- Receive delegations from the Mainland and its related co-ordination duties, and arrange visit programmes or the delegations
- Establish and maintain good relationships with Hong Kong trade partners and overseas offices, facilitating them in delivering effective cooperative programs and tactical campaigns to attract more visitors to Hong Kong
- Assist in preparation of the reports for the team and report updating on a regular basis
- Undertake any other duties or special assignments as directed by the supervisor
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University degree holder with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in tourism-related industries
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of general affairs and tourism in Hong Kong
- Working with government department will be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fluent in Putonghua
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
