HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

• Manage and update the master stakeholder and media list
• Handle monthly publicity value (PV) and coverage report to showcase the efforts of the department
• Provide support to the logistical arrangement e.g. venue, procurement, photography, etc. for both stakeholder engagement activities and communications of mega events
• Handle procurement related works e.g. tender briefs for video, photography, venue, event production, etc. for both stakeholder engagement activities and communications of mega events
• Issue press release and other communication materials

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree holder, preferably major in Communications or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years solid experience in the field of Corporate Communications, Public Affairs or Journalism
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Executive level
• Knowledge of public sector, local political environment and sensitive to current issues
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Good project management and multitasking skills
• Detailed oriented, able to work independently and work under pressure
