Part-time Ambassador (Specialist, Visitor Services)

Our Visitor Services Department strives to offer the most innovative and quality services among tourism boards worldwide. We play an essential role in enhancing visitors’ satisfaction through our award-winning service centres and contact centres, providing tailored travel suggestions that makes visitors’ trip to Hong Kong the most memorable one.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- As an ambassador at the forefront, you will engage visitors across our service centres in Tsim Sha Tsui/ West Kowloon Station/ Airport (depending on your preference) by introducing the latest offers and campaign to visitors, and assist visitors with redemption of the Hong Kong Goodies and other promotional offers.
- Handle visitors’ enquiries to showcase the charm of the city and enrich visitors’ travel experience
- Collaborating with other departments in support of HKTB organized events such as Wine & Dine Festival and New Year Count Down Celebrations.
- Hourly rate ranges from $90 - $120 with additional attendance allowance, depending on your relevant experience
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Able to work for at least 4 hours on any weekday or weekend and at least 8 hours per week
- Short-term/ long-term part-timers or full-timers for temporary period are welcome
- Fresh graduates or students of tertiary institutions/ universities are welcome, customer service experience will be an advantage but not necessary
- A confident communicator in Putonghua, English and Cantonese, command of a foreign language such as Japanese, Korean, French or German will be an advantage
- A cheerful and energetic people person, who love to explore and share in your free time
- A proactive team player with an open mind and exceptional customer service mindset and skills
- Candidates will be more experience will be considered as part-time Senior Specialist, Visitor Services
