HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

Reporting into the Americas Director, this role supports the overall USA corporate travel, TMC and consortia marketing efforts as well as leisure sales including to devise and implement creative trade strategies and action plans to drive both business and leisure arrivals to Hong Kong.

Below are the major responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies and implement corporate travel, travel management companies and consortia campaigns.
  • Build and manage corporate and DMC database; conduct on-going corporate agencies and travel management companies, consortia outreach with airline partners to seek new opportunities.
  • Organize annual familiarization trips; create and distribute quarterly e-newsletter to engage targeted industry partners.
  • Oversee day-to-day relationships & campaigns with Hong Kong Family (HKETO/HKTDC) and other Hong Kong associations.
  • Produce post reports for all related campaigns.
  • Oversee related budgets, monitor spend against allocated budget by generating quarterly budget control reports, and ensure full compliance to internal financial policies in relation to marketing spending.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing, tourism or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with corporate travel sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the US travel distribution system and network will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, selling skills, project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, in particular PowerPoint to develop compelling presentations and Excel software; Adobe Photoshop and design capabilities.
  • Database and CRM management experience.
  • Excellent time management ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel.

 

LOCATION

  • This position is located in our New York Office.
  • We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
