HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Develop PR strategy and implement media relations activities for China in accordance to the Annual Business Plan 
  • Leverage national media partnership extend HK’s exposure across China 
  • Support regional marketing managers in implementation of integrated consumer marketing campaigns in across China 
  • Work with Senior Manager and Manager, Marketing in different regions to plan and manage publicity programs to maximize exposure of HK’s new and core experiences, major events and market campaigns driving conversion to HK 
  • Build and maintain solid media relationship in secondary cities of different regions to support market development, build destination awareness and drive travel intention 
  • Engage influential media groups to extend HK’s exposure on a national and regional scale 
  • Engage influential KOLs (HK Super Fans) for advocacy programs on a national and regional scale 
  • Proactively and effectively handle crisis and negative publicity related to HK 
  • Coordinate PR and consumer events including media briefings and road shows  
  • Provide PR inputs for integrated consumer campaigns plan 
  • Monitor and manage the performance of PR agencies, news clipping houses, event agencies and all service providers. 
  • Manage PR budget and prepare reports for projects in designated regions. 
  • Ensure all programs are effectively managed in accordance to finance, legal, and corporate governance guidelines. 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University degree holder, preferably in Journalism/Marketing Communications/ PR
  • Minimum 8 years solid experience in PR agency, FMCG or service industries in similar capacity
  • Professional discipline in integrated consumer marketing planning and management skills with focus in public relations and crisis management 
  • Sound knowledge of tourism industry preferred
  • Skillful in partnership and relationship building
  • Strong communications and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proficient in identifying and resolving complex operational issues
  • Multi-tasking and able to withstand stresses and strains

 

LOCATION

  • The position is located in our Beijing office.
  • We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
