HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Report to the General Manager, Human Resources & Administration, supporting executive-level HR matters including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring all processes are professionally executed in line with organizational standards.
  • Oversee general office administration, including supplies and services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with internal policies and related ordinances.
  • Drive continuous operational improvements by managing service providers to ensure contractual compliance, timely, high-quality, and cost-effective services
  • Conduct regular review and update the internal guideline, and proactively recommend process enhancements.
  • Coach and develop staff to ensure the right competencies and service levels are maintained.
  • Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Human Resources & Administration.
     

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University graduate, preferably in Business Management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative support, with exposure to working with senior executives in leading public organizations.
  • High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential matters; proactive in taking initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative team player, capable of engaging effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
