Manager, Human Resources (HRBP)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Be HR Business Partner of designated departments in Head Office and Worldwide Offices and provide quality service and advice on recruitment, organisational structure and effectiveness, performance management, engagement and retention, staff cases, compliance etc

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle to achieve effective hiring outcomes, from discussing job design with hiring managers, refining search directions, sourcing candidates, conducting assessments and proposing packages

  • Manage daily HR operations throughout staff life cycle including but not limited to the on-boarding, movement, exit, headcount monitoring etc. 

  • Assist in the creation of compelling content and narratives related to staff engagement and communication  

  • Assist in developing and executing staff engagement and communication initiatives to foster a positive corporate culture, enhance employee well-being and engagement

  • Work with Compensation & Benefit Team on salary benchmarking, pay range review, digitalisation and periodic staff handbook and policies review for Head Office and World-wide Offices

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University graduate preferably in the discipline of Human Resources Management, Communications or Business Administration related

  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience, solid HR Business Partnering and recruitment experiences are necessary, candidates with HR generalist background are also welcome 

  • Proactive, self-driven, analytical and detail-minded

  • Strong problem solving, communication, presentation and influencing skills

  • Able to manage multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-pacing environment 

  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager, Human Resources
