HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
Prepare management account and supporting schedules
Perform planning and budgeting functions and coordinate with various functional departments and worldwide offices
Ensure compliance of financial policies and procedures and provide guidance / training to users as and when necessary
Support procurement process including but not limited to vendor selection and review contract terms
Drive process and system enhancement to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, and to enhance effective internal control and compliance
Coordinate with external and internal auditors for year-end audit and other financial reporting compliance
Work with Head Office departments and Worldwide Offices to support daily business operation & decision making, and to ensure business processes compiled with financial policies and procedures
Perform various financial analysis on trends and variance, provide insight to drive business performance, monitor performance of business units and follow up on outstanding issues
Undertake any other duties / ad hoc assignments
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Exposure in multinational/regional head office finance operations
A team player with good coordination and interpersonal skills, self-initiated
Strong business sense, attention to details, analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
