Executive, Human Resources (2-year Renewable Contract)

Location: Hong Kong

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to HR documentation for the full employment cycle, personal file management, etc.
  • Create and maintain employee records to ensure all computerised employee records on the HR system/Intranet are consistently up-to-date and comply with legal requirements. 
  • Compile various HR reports and conduct data analysis for management attention and decisions.
  • Assist in the seamless implementation of the e-filing system and data migration process.
  • Assist the team in all aspects of the procurement process, ensuring seamless operations and timely deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal parties for continuous HR digital transformation process.
  • Participate in HR projects/initiatives and handle any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University graduate preferably in the discipline of Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR function, preferably as HR generalist.
  • Good communications, interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Dynamic, meticulous, self-initiative, a good team player and with an eye on details.
  • Meticulous, strong planning and implementation skills, with an eye on details.
  • Able to manage multi-tasks and high work pressure as well as meeting tight deadline.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems.
  • Fresh graduates will also be welcome.
