Executive, Finance (9-month Contract)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Perform general accounting duties independently including PO and invoice vetting, arrange payment, check expense claims, prepare vouchers, month end closing etc
- To ensure all PO, invoices and expense claims are accurate, valid and have proper authorization according to the HKTB financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations and take prompt actions on outstanding issues
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database to facilitate effective vendor management and streamline procure-to-pay processes.
- Provide support to the team in a range of tasks, such as document management, data entry, and record keeping for the vendor database in NetSuite and SAP Ariba.
- Meeting extensive reporting requirements by data gathering, report generation, and ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of reporting deliverables. Take prompt actions on outstanding issues.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Diploma in Accounting
- Minimum 4 years' relevant accounting experiences in multi-national organisation, preferable with experience in procurement to pay processes
- Strong PC skills, especially in Excel and NetSuite
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good time management and detail-minded
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Mature, self-initiated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- A team player with communication and collaboration skills
