Director, Human Resources (HR Business Partner)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Reporting to the General Manager, Human Resources & Administration, the Director will lead the HR Business Partner team to deliver comprehensive HR services including talent acquisition, organisation development, performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
  • Advise on optimal organisational structures and oversee headcount planning to support evolving business needs.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-caliber talent across Head Office and Worldwide Offices.
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks to foster a performance-driven culture.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, internal communications, and workplace experience.
  • Manage employee relations with professionalism, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labour laws.
  • Partner closely with other HR Centre of Excellence Teams to deliver integrated and impactful HR solutions and services. 
     

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of HR management experience, with at least 5 years in a team leader role.
  • Proven hands-on HRBP experience with strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, staff engagement, and project execution.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, emerging trends, and Hong Kong labour legislation. Knowledge of overseas labour laws is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities within tight timelines.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
