HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Support the Management in the formulation of market strategies by providing strategic analysis of market trends, performance outcomes, and competitive dynamics to inform market strategies and business plans.
  • Synthesize key insights, risks, and cross‑market observations to support strategic decision‑making and ensure alignment across markets.
  • Develop market frameworks, strategic guidelines, and briefing materials to clearly articulate strategic expectations and facilitate effective execution by Worldwide Offices (WWOs).
  • Compile, consolidate, and critically review business plans across WWOs to ensure comprehensiveness, consistency, and alignment with corporate priorities and strategic direction; highlight variances, identify key constraints, and flag areas requiring follow‑up action by WWOs for management attention.
  • Monitor market performance across WWOs against established benchmarks, KPIs, BPIs, and strategic targets. 
  • Act as a key interface among Offices, facilitate clear and consistent communication of strategic direction, business plans, key priorities, and requirements to WWOs.
  • Enhance workflow efficiency by refining reporting processes and driving improvements in the quality, consistency, and timeliness of submissions from WWOs.
  • Ensure robust documentation and governance of decisions, agreed actions, and market‑related records to enable effective follow‑up and accountability.
  • Lead, supervise, and coach team members to ensure the provision of high‑quality analytical and coordination support to the Office. 
  • Provide support to the Management in stakeholder engagement activities, align initiatives and priorities across WWOs, and undertake ad hoc assignments as required.
     

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University degree, preferably in Market Research, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience, preferably in strategic planning, business analysis, corporate management, or market research.
  • Prior experience supporting senior executives or working in a marketing, tourism, or public-sector organisation is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with senior management and external partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Well-developed organisational skills, attention to detail, and sound business judgement.
  • Proactive, resilient, and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to take initiative and anticipate issues.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
