HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

• Support MICE, Chinese Mainland in the delivery of annual MICE strategy and business plan in Eastern China region and manage MICE budget and prepare program planning in designated regions
• Liaise with Chinese Mainland MICE team, implement all MICE activities according to set objectives and in compliance with relevant legal and corporate governance requirements 
• Provide effective administrative services on all reporting, performance tracking and statistic to help achieving sustainable growth in MICE arrivals and maximizing business generation 
• Coordinate corporate FAM for corporate decision makers to familiar with new HK venues and MICE experiences
• Identify and leverage publicity opportunities to plan and implement publicity project to better demonstrate HK MICE advantages
• Build and manage strong relationship with travel trade and corporate buyers
• Contribute effort in mega groups bidding 
   

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Tourism or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in sales & marketing, and/or tourism industry
• Good communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal, coordination and organisation skills
• Detail minded and capable of multi-tasking
• Strong computer knowledge and familiar with different business software
• Flexible to travel and work outside of regular office hours
   

LOCATION:

• The position is located in our Shanghai office.
• We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
