HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Coordinate Marketing Communications: Manage the HKTB general inbox, respond to consumer and trade enquiries, and oversee marketing mail-outs and service provider coordination.
  • Content & Asset Development: Create and manage content for blogs, websites, social media, and videos; support the development of marketing materials and branding assets.

  • Digital & Website Management: Maintain and update the Discover Hong Kong website, including promotional deals and packages.

  • Database & Calendar Management: Maintain centralized databases of industry and media contacts,  and manage marketing and event calendars.

  • Event & Project Support: Assist with travel expos, trade shows, seasonal campaigns, and brand events; coordinate and escort trade familiarisation visits.

  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare reports, presentation decks, and ensure adequate supply of promotional literature and giveaways.

  • Undertake any other duties/ special assignments as directed by Office Head
     

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University Degree holder, with preferably at least 5 years of relevant working experiences

  • Good knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital channels; knowledge of Hong Kong and travel/tourism industry preferable

  • Good knowledge MS Office, Adobe creative suite, CMS, email marketing software

  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Proactive and well organised, able to work with minimum supervision, manage projects through to completion and meet critical deadlines under pressure

  • Demonstrated strong teamwork in supporting the department to reach business goals
     

LOCATION

  • The position is located in our Sydney Office.
  • We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
