HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Deliver a full spectrum of executive-level secretarial and administrative support to the senior management, ensuring seamless daily operations.

  • Manage the senior management’s calendar, prioritizing meeting and activities with sound judgment and discretion.

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the senior management’s business travel, including visa processing, flight and accommodation bookings, and expense tracking.

  • Organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders

  • Prepare accurate and timely minutes for internal and external meetings.

  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative or communication issues within the designated office.

  • Undertake other duties and assignments as directed by the senior management.
     

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University graduate with at least 8 years’ experience in providing business support to senior executives in leading public organizations or multinational corporations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive and confident in problem-solving and taking initiative. 

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven track record of sound judgment.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
