HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate market data and submissions from Worldwide Offices (WWOs).
  • Conduct industry research, market benchmarking, trend analysis, and comparative studies.
  • Support the development of business plan frameworks, guidelines, and communication materials for WWOs.
  • Coordinate with WWOs to track and monitor market performance against established benchmarks, KPIs, BPIs, and agreed targets.
  • Prepare performance summaries, dashboards, and management review packs, analytical summaries, charts, and planning materials for Management’s review. 
  • Identify and highlight performance variances, issues, and data inconsistencies for supervisor’s review, follow‑up, and escalation.
  • Act as a key coordination point between Head Office, WWOs, and functional teams, and coordinate cross‑functional inputs for market‑related initiatives. 
  • Support the communication of business plans, strategy updates, and key expectations to WWOs.
  • Maintain structured planning and performance management tools, and support continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and coordination processes within the Office.
  • Support the supervisor in day‑to‑day operational matters, including the preparation of presentations, briefing materials, and meeting documentation.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and coordination tasks as required. 
     

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University degree, preferably in Market Research, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, preferably in business analysis, market research, corporate planning, or a related function.
  • Experience in marketing, tourism, public-sector, or multi-stakeholder organisation is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesise information into clear and concise outputs.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external parties.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and methodical, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
