Assistant Manager, Cruise

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Coordinate and implement marketing programmes as per the strategic directions to support the growth and development of cruise tourism in Hong Kong and the region.
- Support the supervisor(s) in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, trade shows and trade promotions, and coordination with overseas representatives and offices of assigned markets.
- Assist the supervisor(s) in managing and developing the content of online platforms including web-site and social media.
- Assist the supervisor(s) to drive cooperation with cruise lines and cruise trade partners in joint promotion and marketing campaigns.
- Handle cruise trade enquiries and provide fulfilment and services.
- Follow through internal policies and guidelines, and management direction to achieve business objectives.
- Responsible for administrative assignments to enable a smooth operation of the Cruise team.
- Undertake any other duties/special assignments as directed by the supervisor(s).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University graduate with at least 6 years of solid experience in marketing communications, preferably in travel-related or cruise tourism industries.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Proficiency in PC applications – MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese character input method.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills.
- Strong attention to details and project management skills, able to work under pressure and a good team player with analytical mind.
