Assistant Manager, Communications (Short-haul Markets Focused)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- To develop and implement communication strategies, execute PR campaigns, and monitor publicity results in assigned markets
To lead PR promotion for assigned projects, from strategy development and ideation to implementation, to maximise global/regional publicity for the events and campaigns
To design theme and itinerary for media fam visits and media coop for generating positive coverage
To maintain an updated database to keep track of the foreign correspondents and relevant stakeholders in Hong Kong
To provide timely information and assistance to Worldwide Offices’ colleagues to market Hong Kong
To update with the latest Hong Kong trend, attractions and tourism infrastructures and initiate new ideas to promote Hong Kong
To undertake any other duties / special assignments as directed by the supervisor
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University degree holder with 5 years’ solid experience in the field of public relations, journalism, communications and/or promotions is preferred
Good Knowledge of Hong Kong and familiar with tourism products
Equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach to working with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent project management skills and business acumen to provide quality services in fulfilling corporate requirements
Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in an additional Asian language is an advantage
Multi-tasking and be able to withstand stress and strain
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Executive position
