  • Lead a passionate team in delivering top-notch visitor service, managing enquiries from multiple exciting channels that connect tourists with unforgettable Hong Kong experiences

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University degree holder with 5 years’ relevant working experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of contact centre with hands on experience in complaint handling and supervising service delivery. Experience with using the latest Ai technologies and contact centre solutions would be an advantage

  • Ability to lead a high performing team with strong motivational and coaching skills

  • Strong customer service orientation, commitment and passion to delivering visitor hospitality

  • Problem solving and creative thinking skills in providing visitor assistance under emergency situations

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese at business levels

  • Willing to take up shift duties and work under roster
