Located above Luk Yu Tea House on Stanley Street, 25:00 (Twenty Fifth Hour) is a speakeasy-style cocktail bar helmed by mixologist Kenzo Lee, who has previously worked at Woobar in W Hotel and Sugar in East Hong Kong. The bar specialises in meticulously crafted cocktails that draw inspiration from the intriguing concept of time. They offer creative seasonal cocktails that are either a collaboration with a spirit brand or a full tasting menu presenting a series of cocktails with playful garnishes, some even resembling desserts or snacks. If you're coming with a group of friends and want something intimate, call ahead to reserve their private room where you can enjoy drinks with your pals in a secluded setting away from the crowd.
