French GourMay is the one and only major festival in Hong Kong and Macao dedicated to gastronomy à la française. The 16th edition of French GourMay unveils the essence of French culinary culture and art-de-vivre – French spirits, demonstrating the perfect union of terroir mastery and human ingenuity. The French GourMay Market at Central Market and Nina Mall brings together gourmet stalls featuring French flavours. Activities include live cooking demos and curated spirit tastings.
