The China Telecom Trophy Athletics (Marathon) Competition of the 15th National Games will be held on 15 November 2025. To facilitate the race, temporary control measures will be implemented at Shenzhen Bay Bridge, Kong Sham Western Highway and Ha Tsuen Interchange from 2am to about 11am on that day. Filipino illustrator Nicole Roquel grew up in Hong Kong and drew on her childhood memories and experiences while creating this colourful, delicate street art that captures the imagination. Stop by 8 Tai On Terrace to be transported into an underwater world of beautiful, strange marine creatures (including a dumbo octopus). Roquel’s piece urges viewers to bravely forge ahead, even when faced with uncertainties.
